We understand that emergency contraception and reproductive-health purchases can involve sensitive and time-critical situations. Our return and refund process is designed to be simple, discreet, and customer-focused.

Return & Refund Policy

You may contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to request a return, replacement, or refund.

We handle each request fairly and without judgment.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund
  • A replacement product
  • Return collection
  • Another appropriate resolution

To request assistance, contact StillSafe Davao and provide your order number together with a brief description of the issue.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused products may generally be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the packaging remains intact and the product has been stored appropriately.

Once the returned product has been received and checked, an approved refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Opened or Used Products

Because many StillSafe products are medicines, tests, or personal health products, opened or used products cannot normally be returned to stock or resold.

However, this does not automatically prevent you from receiving assistance.

If there was a problem with the order — such as an incorrect item, damaged product, suspected defect, delivery issue, or another valid concern — contact us and we will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Our priority is to resolve genuine customer concerns fairly while maintaining proper health and product-safety standards.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Problematic Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The packaging appears compromised
  • An item is missing from your order
  • Your parcel was delivered incorrectly
  • There is another problem with the order you received

For approved cases caused by an order or fulfillment problem, StillSafe Davao will shoulder reasonable replacement or return delivery costs.

Photos of the parcel or product may sometimes be requested to help us verify the issue and resolve it quickly.

Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, we will arrange it through the most appropriate available payment channel.

Depending on how the order was originally paid, this may include:

  • GCash
  • Bank transfer
  • Other supported electronic payment methods

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 3–5 business days after the necessary verification or return process has been completed.

Actual posting time may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

Cancelled Orders

If you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation may usually be processed immediately.

If a rider has already been booked or the parcel is already in transit, courier or dispatch costs that have already been incurred may need to be considered when processing the cancellation.

We will always explain this clearly before finalizing any applicable deduction.

Same-Day Delivery Issues

Same-day deliveries in Davao City depend on factors such as:

  • Traffic
  • Heavy rain or severe weather
  • Road conditions

If a delivery is delayed, our team will help coordinate with the available rider and keep you informed whenever possible.

Return Shipping & Pick-Up

  • If the product was incorrect, damaged, defective, or affected by a fulfillment error, StillSafe Davao will cover reasonable return or replacement delivery costs for approved cases.
  • For discretionary returns where there was no problem with the order, the customer may be responsible for the courier fee.
  • When practical, we can help arrange a discreet motorcycle pick-up within supported Davao City areas.

Return arrangements outside Davao City may require a different courier or fulfillment process.

Products That Cannot Be Resold

For health and safety reasons, any medicine or personal health product that has been opened, used, tampered with, improperly stored, or returned after leaving our controlled fulfillment process may not be placed back into sellable inventory.

This policy protects future customers and helps maintain product integrity.

Where a refund or replacement is otherwise appropriate, StillSafe Davao may still provide a resolution without returning the product to saleable stock.
